What we collect: nothing

No tracking

hollowpath.org runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts, and sets no cookies. There is nothing on this site whose purpose is to identify or track you across visits.

What the server sees

Like any web server, the hosting infrastructure behind hollowpath.org keeps standard access logs — IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent — for security and operational purposes: diagnosing outages, investigating abuse. Under GDPR, an IP address counts as personal data, so to be specific about it: the legal basis for keeping these logs is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in keeping the site secure and running, they’re never used for tracking or sold or shared, and they’re rotated out automatically after 14 days.

Forms and accounts

This site has no sign-up forms, no user accounts, and no way to submit personal data to us. If that changes — for example when a future web application exists at app.hollowpath.org — this policy will be rewritten to reflect it before that surface goes live, not after.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or object to processing of your personal data. In practice, given the only processing described above is short-lived security logging, there’s little to request — but the right still stands. One honest gap: there isn’t yet a dedicated contact address for exercising it. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that actually matters (we start collecting something we don’t today), this page will say so plainly, with a real date.
